As a dynamic, strategic thinker who understands the big picture, you will work directly with our clients to help align talent and organizational strategies with broader client objectives.

**Work You ll Do**

This Summer Associate identifies efficiencies to enhance organizational performance through innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. This Summer Associate also designs and develops integrated HR and talent management strategies, helping clients adapt to disruption through core service delivery optimization and digital enablement. This Summer Associate should have excellent communication skills, demonstrable problem solving skills, and the ability to learn and apply business-related concepts.We are currently recruiting Summer Associates whose skills and interests align with the following areas:

+ **Human Capital Strategy**

+ This Summer Associate identifies efficiencies to enhance **organizational performance** through innovative talent, leadership, and change programs. This Summer Associate also designs and develops integrated **HR** **& talent management strategies** , helping clients adapt to disruption through core service **delivery optimization** and digital enablement.

+ Required qualification: degree in process in a full-time MPA/MPP program

+ **HC Tech & Transformation**

+ This Summer Associate helps clients optimize the value of their investments in **HR technology** through the selection, design, and implementation of HR solutions and **digital applications** . This Summer Associate also builds HR technology **blueprints and roadmaps** that set clients on a clear path to success.

+ Required qualification: degree in process in a full-time MPA/MPP program

+ **Actuarial**

+ This Summer Associate builds **financial and mathematical models** that can improve organizational performance and help clients make informed business decisions. This Summer Associate also advises clients on complex business problems by interpreting large data sets using **statistical methods** to quantify risk.

+ Required qualification: degree in process in a full-time MPA/MPP program

**Required Qualifications**

+ Degree in process in a full-time MPA/MPP program

+ Strong academic track record (recommended minimum GPA of 3.5 & 650 GMAT; or GRE equivalent)

+ Experience applying research and demonstrating analytical thinking

+ Two or more years experience

+ Ability to travel 80-100%

+ **U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain U.S. Security Clearance**
