This position will contribute to Schneider Finance Transformation by defining and driving the relevant change management & communications plans to implement the transformation across the company.

As Business unit Leaders are one of the key stakeholders to reach our Finance Digital ambition and execute the deployment of our strategy/vision, this community will continue to be a key focus. This position will therefore also assist in leading the efforts to support Leadership Communities for the Business unit, internal social media campaign, setup Executive Calls, including driving strategy, content and execution of all Leadership Events.

This is an operational role which requires a strong capacity to drive change management and strategic transformations.

What do you get to do in this position?

Define & facilitate change management & communication strategy and content

• To implement Schneider SMART Transformation - right speed, momentum, level of accountability, adoption. Work closely with Businesses, finance and non-finance for execution/deployment.

Deploy the Leadership Communities

• Assisting in Define the strategy of all face-to-face and digital Leadership Events - in partnership with the relevant teams (Events, Internal Communication, etc.)

• Identify relevant participants for each workstream communities in collaboration with Business unit

• Development of brand awareness - Managing internal social media, face to face and multiple channels

• Organization of leadership events by coordinating all the stakeholders (Businesses, Segments, Global Marketing, external production team etc...) from creation of content to execution on site and remote

• Manage Pre-and Post internal communication with Schneider Finance team for the business unit

Deploy the Business Unit

• Assist in adoption measurements - Tracking end user data

• Facilitate Training - face to face, remote, survey, etc.

• Perform data analytics on end users to perform target marketing for change communication

• Develop brand awareness material in multiple forms

Qualifications
This job might be for you if:
• Fluent in English
• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related
• Capacity to translate high level vision into a focused & meaningful event or activity
• International work experience and strong ability to work in a cross-cultural team environment
• Experience in events organization and facilitation
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Internal Communication and/or marketing
• Experience in brand awareness and focused marketing campaigns
