Work you'll do
Help CFO's and Finance Executive's elevate their role through innovative strategies, planning and tactical execution. You will have the ability to apply and develop your experience in the areas of Finance Business Partnering, Finance Service Delivery Model, Finance Performance Management, Finance Process Improvement, Finance Strategy, and Corporate Transactions. Consultants gain exposure to multiple industries while demonstrating an awareness of the full breadth of services offered by Deloitte Consulting LLP. Consultants perform accurate analysis and effective diagnosis of client issues and manage day-to-day client relationships at peer client levels.

Our Finance & Enterprise Performance team works as a trusted advisor to CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and key executives. We advise, implement and deliver as-a-service solutions, helping our clients develop strategies and capabilities to support enterprise-wide decision-making, improve finance operations, and create impact within their organization.
A candidate must meet the minimum experience in one or more of the below:
Must have a minimum of 2 years Finance Strategies or Finance Service Delivery:
* Finance capability assessment
* Strategic planning
* Capital allocation strategy
* CFO onboarding
* Finance visioning and road map development
* Finance cost reduction
* Finance competency and organization design
* Finance shared services and F&A outsourcing strategy development.
Must have a minimum of 2 years in FP&A. Experience must include:
* Planning and Forecasting
* Financial Analytics
* Performance score carding
* Management reporting
* Finance information strategy processes
* Key performance indicator (KPI) design
Must have a minimum of 2 years in Finance Operations. Experience must include:
* Process improvements for order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, close, consolidate, report, etc.
* Finance controllership
* Corporate governance
* Identifying transactional vs. analytical
* Capital productivity
* A Bachelor's Degree is required.
* Ability to travel 80-100% required.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint).
* Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
* An advanced degree
