Join us and make a difference.Roles and responsibilitiesLeads the application of data and technologies including but not limited to ERP systems cloud computing, cogitative computing, advanced analytics, machine learning to enhance supply chain business processes for the Global Market Supply Operations (for example: logistics optimization, distribution planning and optimization, real-time in-market inventory planning)Collaborates with EIM (enterprise information management) and IT to execute the supply chain digital and data innovation cycle (use cases, pilots and prototypes) to successful deploymentChampions the deployment of successful digital or data initiatives on-time, on-budget and ensure value-drivers are delivered and sustain including leading business process impact assessment, end-user training, coordination of system testingSustain digital and data technologies by championing super-user groupsExecutes master data strategiesLeads product serialization activities including scanning regulatory landscape for new serialization requirements and deploying solutions to meet new requirements on-timeLeads serialization HelpDesk team including technical trouble-shooting and implementation of process improvementsSupport the development and execution of the digital roadmap and overarching strategic planMonitors emerging systems and data technologies and assesses technical solutions and data architectureIdentify, design and generate standards to promote efficiencies for end-users of supply chain data and digital technologies. Identify and share best-practicesSeeks to automate and simplify repetitive tasks, promoting operational excellence, process standardization and harmonization where appropriateRequirementsBachelors degree required in engineering, business, data science or information systems with a Masters or MBA preferred.10-15 years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, ERP, digital / data technologies, quality in the biopharma industryOperational excellence experience (Green/Black belt or equivalent) preferredProven ability to develop and lead global teamsAbility to navigate organization, and identify, align and integrate cross-functional resources into cohesive teams in a highly matrixed environmentDemonstrated supply chain acumen and experience implementing enterprise technology or data systems including change managementProven ability to identify innovative ideas through deployment that optimize processes / create valueExcellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, organized and able to prioritize program execution activities to meet multiple deadlinesBusiness acumen to develop meaningful business casesAround the world, we are passionate about making an impact on the lives of patients with serious diseases.
