We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Supports the Group President, North America Wholesale and leadership team on business projects, key initiatives and presentations
  • Develop and implement tools to ensure all initiatives are delivered in a timely manner
  • Identify and implement process efficiencies to support work efforts across Wholesale
  • Gather data from multiple sources, analyze and summarize data into concise and clear presentations to meet business initiatives/meetings
  • Support development of strategic plans for business opportunities
  • Prioritize cross-functional initiatives to meet customer expectations and ensure resource efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement a format and cadence for Wholesale initiative updates
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, providing strategic analysis to assist in decision making process
  • Leverage industry expert associations to identify and benchmark best practices
  • Provide clear and timely communication & presentations ensuring that the cross-functional team is aligned towards a shared vision and a common goal
  • Communicate long-term and seasonal strategies to key functional areas in order to focus the team towards a common goal
  • With Wholesale leadership direction, develop business plans to support new opportunities and gain approval on business plan, metrics and budget
  • Lead partnership with cross functional stakeholders in order to influence and drive change
  • Consulting experience a plus
  • 5-7 years' experience in Project Management
  • Degree in business and / or economics a plus
  • Understanding of the Wholesale business
  • Possess strong presentation, listening, verbal and written communication skills
  • Think strategically, conceptually and creatively -have a vision
  • Formulate long-term goals and shorter-term tactical plans that are cost-effective, efficient and realistic
  • Possess knowledge of financial measurements
  • Proven ability to interface with business as well as technical teams.
  • Influence diverse audiences effectively
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to translate ideas into practical implementation
  • Experience managing strategic engagements and cross functional change initiatives
  • Exceptional interpersonal leadership skills, including peer leadership and upward management, preferably within a matrixed reporting environment
  • Independent work, good experience collaborating and understanding diverse interests
  • Drive change when appropriate
  • Be solution-oriented
  • Comfortable takings a "hands-on" approach to deliverables and being an independent contributor
  • Highly skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
