We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company

  • Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates. Promote diversity in the workplace and ensure recruiting strategies attract diverse candidates.
  • Design and execute on employment branding strategies.
  • Oversee and improve overall candidate experience across production and professional roles.
  • Leverage labor market research and analytics to support global growth strategy.
  • Research and recommend new sourcing tools and recruiting software.
  • Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures including leveraging of technology in high volume customer experience environments.
  • Leverage data analytics to develop standard performance scorecards and improve upon talent acquisition metrics.
  • Ensure proper onboarding and training for new hires
  • Manage training and communication across a large global Talent Acquisition team.

  • Proven work experience as leader in Talent Acquisition or similar senior-level HR position in a large global organization. Must have high volume production and professional recruiting experience.
  • Strong project management and data analytics skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Candidate Management Systems and Human Resources software
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and influencing skills
  • BS in Human resources or relevant field, MS or MBA a plus
