Director of HR Shared Services - Voorhees , New Jersey, United States, 08043

Our client, a healthcare organization located in Voorhees, NJ, is looking for a Director of HR Shared Services to join their team! This position will drive initiatives to improve process, standardize delivery, enhance people reporting and leverage e-tools that drive leader self-service and ensure best in class experience while meeting defined service levels. This role will also document and manage end-to-end associate lifecycle HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience resulting in comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, programs, technology and service delivery.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Partner with teams to design employee centric service processes and systems
  • Drive the transformation of colleague experience, administration, customer service, automation and leader/staff self-service
  • Build a best-in-class associate and leader support center with self-service and escalated service model
  • Document and manage end-to-end associate lifecycle HR processes including new hire processing, on-boarding, integration and transitions
  • Implement and optimize HR technology systems to meet workflow requirements
  • Create opportunities for automation, reduction of manual process, and simple processes that help drive accuracy and productivity
  • Identify opportunities to automate, document system requirements, and/or transition HR work to partners, or to associate / manager self-service
  • Develop clear service level standards that define expectations and create accountability for delivering enhanced value through HR Services
  • Optimize HRIS to meet workflow requirements creating opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes
  • Manage and report on performance by utilizing key performance indicators
  • Continuously improve the quality of HR data and the integrity of downstream analytics
  • Partner to build dashboards to enable transparency and access to information
  • Cultivate deep working partnerships with stakeholders across teams
  • Optimize HRIS to meet workflow requirements creating opportunities for automation and reduction of manual processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience resulting in comprehensive knowledge of HR operations, programs, technology and service delivery in a growing organization
  • At least 5 years of experience in people/team management, setting expectations and goals and driving high levels of performance
  • Experience using an HR case management system preferred (ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience building and managing an internal HR Shared Services model for internal customers
  • Experience leading an HRIS team highly preferred
  • Ability to manage complex simultaneous assignments with potentially conflicting priorities
  • Demonstrated experience leading technology implementation
  • Ultimate Software experience highly preferred
