POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Human Resources Business Partners will oversee the Business Partner function for the Corporate Office locations, Distribution Centers, Manufacturing and Contact Centers ensuring that all programs and procedures adopted stay aligned with the business's values. They will collaborate with the business's leaders, executives, driving the development of HR strategies and approaches to attract, develop, and retain talent in the business. The Director of HR Business Partners should have a mix of strong business acumen, organization development, and human resources expertise coupled with consulting skills required to aid in guidance and development of human resources functions within the business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Guides the business through various processes; performance management, succession planning, and merit
  • Manage daily departmental operations, business planning, and budget development of HR Programs
  • Ensures policies, procedures, and HR programs are consistently administered, aligned with organizational goals and are in compliance with professional standards, state and federal regulatory requirements and laws.
  • Builds organizational capabilities.
  • Conducts strategic planning.
  • Regularly interfaces with organizations executive leadership
  • Responsible for oversight and direction of Base Camp Business Partners.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration Preferred Degree: Master's Degree Experience: 10+ years of related professional experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITY:
