This position provides leadership and guidance in developing and implementing a cohesive sales strategy and leads in the development of new business opportunities that supports our company's overall growth.

Duties And Responsibilities

·Develop a process and standard to evaluate and prioritize orders across the enterprise with a focus on profitability

·Partner with leaders to ensure resources are assigned to priority orders

·Lead and develop the corporate Talent Acquisition team to support priority orders

Metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·Build a data-driven recruiting organization and process by providing analytics, dashboards, and data insights to shape our operational priorities

·Determine which key recruiting metrics will be used for the organization and develop methods to track and measure performance with a goal of improving performance

·Actively manage KPI's by developing and analyzing key metrics to ensure the goals are met and/or exceeded

Process Improvement

·Effectively develop and lead projects and initiatives focused on improving processes and performance

·Promote a culture of continuous improvement using data to drive results

·Create training programs that continually improve recruiting capabilities

·Recommend intervention steps when teams are underperforming or not meeting performance expectations

·Ensure compliance with recruiting policies and procedures

·Partner with hiring managers and human resources to track, measure and improve overall candidate experience


·Consult regularly with franchise leaders and senior leadership teams to develop initiatives that successfully deliver the organization's recruiting vision and strategic goals

·Mentor and engage franchisees and recruiters to success

·Collaborate closely with teams to promote recruiting philosophies, processes, tools and tactics

·Collaborate with franchise leaders to ensure understanding of the talent market and develop programs that attract the right talent to fill open roles

·Act as the "quarterback" to make final decisions when needed

Required Education And Experience

·Bachelor's degree

·Minimum of seven (7) years of recruiting experience; preference would be from a firm focused within hospitality or retail

·Minimum of three (3) years experience leading recruiting teams

·A preference for working in a fast paced, high energy environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities where being decisive is key

·Proven track record successfully managing full-cycle recruiting processes consisting of sourcing, screening, on-boarding, coaching and employment branding

·Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

·Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on business needs, and work well within a fast-paced, project-focused environment

·Experience developing and delivering training

·Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to work across divisions, departments, and geographic regions to build consensus, manage change and drive tangible results

·Understanding of staffing analytics and reports needed to drive performance

·Basic understanding of HR employment law, principles and standards (EEO, ADA, etc.)

·Strong project management skills
