We are seeking a Director of Integration & Plans for the MITRE Public Sector \(MPS\) who will serve as a key focal point for the execution of the MPS Strategy, driving the management of cross\-cutting portfolio initiatives\. The individual will develop, oversee, and help implement programs and projects that support the company's vision and short\-long term plans\. This individual will be part of the MPS executive leadership team and will report directly to the SVP of MPS\. The Director will work closely with officers and directors within MPS and across MITRE to monitor progress and correct course when needed\.

**Qualifications**

Required capabilities:

\- Experience managing at the division level

\- Demonstrated strong quantitative analytical skills

\- Strategic thinker with ability to conceptualize downstream impact of key decisions

\- Deep network of positive relationships among directors and officers

\- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions to performance issues

\- Ability to coach individuals using clear guidance and tactics to ensure accountability for outcomes

\- Facilitation skills with the proven ability to elicit best thinking of others and help guide heterogeneous teams to consensus on decisions and/or innovative solutions

\- Experience with work programs across multiple businesses

\- Demonstrated ability to organize large amounts of information, and communicate it to a senior audience

\- Experience developing strategy, building and executing work programs

\- Evidence of strong leadership, communications and collaborative skills;

\- Work with an agile approach, exhibiting adaptability, speed and outcomes\-based behaviors\.

Minimum Qualifications:

BS/BA and 15 years of related experience
