We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Provide strategic leadership to design and administer all sales processes, policies and programs to drive sales effectiveness and productivity
  • Partner with SVP of Global Sales & Service to design optimal GTM structure in each region to drive above-market growth
  • Provides ongoing measurement of market visibility and win rate; drives continuous process improvements
  • Provides market and competitive intelligence to evolve understanding of company's competitive market positioning and market dynamics
  • Lead the team to continuously improve field planning activities and execute on sales/service territory management, quota setting, compensation plan design
  • Drive continuous improvement on commercial daily management such as lead management, funnel management, and forecasting activities
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to design sales training programs to optimize individual and team performance as well as manager effectiveness
  • Owns and manages critical commercial tools such as SFDC and Service MAX in line with the needs of the global commercial teams; prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity
  • Oversee the team to streamline compensation plan administration and business performance reporting
  • Relentlessly analyze the business and proactively offer insights and recommendations to the sales and executive leadership team
  • Ensures alignment of KPIs and targets across commercial and marketing functions; facilitates efficient data reporting and analysis
  • Attract, coach, develop and retain a high-performing business and technical team
  • Stays current on role-relevant industry best practices including internal and external benchmarking
  • Exceptional capability of building followership and executing projects across functions, cultures, and level of seniorities
  • 5+ years of experience in commercial disciplines such as marketing or sales in a B2B environment
  • Prior people leadership experience and demonstrated situational leadership preferred, but not required
  • Track record of analyzing complex issues, synthesizing salient points, developing action plans and executing for results
  • History of attracting, developing, and retaining talent through effective feedback, coaching and succession planning to support business growth and associate development
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and comfortable to make decision with limited information when situation calls for it
  • Great sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Exceptional ability of setting priority based on business impact and demonstrated flexibility of shifting priorities quickly if needed
  • Strong strategic, analytical ability, and intellectual curiosity to drive performance improvement and solve business challenges
  • Extremely growth-oriented; Demonstrated success of operating at both strategic level and in tactical details to drive to root cause and action planning to enable business growth
