Director, Membership Strategy - New York , New York, United States, 10001

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

  • Continuously evaluating offering and benefits associated with the company Membership in order to provide Members with the most value which will contribute to continued low net churn
  • Partnering with our Strategy team to understand the Connected Fitness membership competitive landscape
  • Running monthly cross-functional Membership Program meetings and quarterly reviews with senior leaders
  • Developing product lifecycle strategy for existing Members and execution in collaboration with the Product and Support teams
  • Working with payers, insurers, and other third parties on unique partnerships to make company and the Membership more affordable via reimbursement programs
  • Working with finance to understand drivers of Subscription Gross Margin and opportunities for improvement
  • Minimum of 5-8 years experience in strategy or finance, with a strong preference for experience in a B2C subscription business
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to work independently
  • Comfort working collaboratively across multiple departments including but not limited to Finance, Content, Music, and Engineering
  • Superior written and oral communication skills; ability to present comfortably
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, and focus on the tasks that drive the most value
  • Ability to work independently to deliver tangible, measurable results
  • Positive attitude and flexibility to adapt quickly as things change
