Through ADP's Data Platform, the Data Science team is looking for a Subject Matter Experts to help explore and define ADP's vast data set representing all aspects of HCM across the entire economic landscape. The goal of the team is to explore and to build intelligent systems assisting ADP's clients to optimize their workforce.

The desired candidate will have skills across numerous technologies such as Machine Learning and Data Mining, Statistics, Hadoop, NoSQL Database, and other advanced data modeling.
HCM Data Subject Matter Expert
We are seeking passionate, data driven experts in the area of Human Capital Management
? You will explore areas of HCM analytics across 3 major areas of data and product research: Employment, Talent, Organization
? Work side by side with Data Engineers and Analysts providing guidance on areas of data to explore and to define
? Constantly be exploring and researching the data to find insights across various industry sectors
? Write and publish findings of the data relevant to the consumer persona interested in the areas of managing human resources.
? Help to build product prototypes based on the data, the market need, and with a deep understanding of how people analytics would be consumed at an organization.
- A developed deep background in the domains of Human Capital Management. But however is required to think outside the norm in order to innovate solutions for future generations of the workforce
- An understanding and appreciation of Data, the Science around formulating opinions based on Data.
- Should be capable of hands-on analysis of data in order to build classifications, ontologies and definitions, and ultimately proper stories based on the findings.
