Corporate Consulting Associate - Calabasas , California, United States, 91372

The role of the Corporate Consulting Associate is to support our Corporate Clients and Senior Executive Teams with Benefits and Compensation, Qualified/Non-Qualified Plans, and Corporate Risk Management. He or she will support and assist with the administration of executive compensation programs to include working closely with outside compensation vendors for program management, benchmark analysis, and compensation committee general administration. At least five years of corporate retirement plan or executive benefits experience in sales, consulting or relationship management preferred. Other combinations of work and/or education will be considered. Ideal person would have to have excellent communication and writing skills and be energetic and professionally driven. The individual will be expected to execute and deliver the company mission, vision, and value propositions. FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred.
