Job Description The Risk &Compliance Location Strategy role is expected to play an integral part in thesupport, development, and analysis of Risk & Compliance location strategyinitiatives. The candidate will act as a trusted partner to the Risk &Compliance CFO teams as well as Risk & Compliance senior leaders, assistingin driving their forecasted location plans and ensuring they are aligned withthe overall Risk & Compliance strategy. Role will directly coordinatereal estate moves for the Corporate Risk and Compliance areas, with acentralized oversight role that also encompasses LOB Risk areas throughpartnership with relevant business management teams. The role will beresponsible for establishing location management processes and controls acrossthe Risk and Compliance organization to effectively manage the group's globalfootprint and oversee execution of the group's strategy. In addition, the candidate will work closelywith the Global Real Estate and Firmwide Business Workforce Strategy teams toensure Risk & Compliance is addressing and adhering to firmwide initiatives.

  • Develop and implement location strategyframework, governance processes, metrics and controls.
  • Manage real estate for Corporate Risk and Complianceand provide oversight across all real estate moves and issues.
  • Be primary point of contact with Real Estate andWorkforce Strategy teams for all real estate issues.
  • Own ChoiceSeating adoption strategy to ensuresmooth transition in key locations across Risk & Compliance
  • Build-out Serraview Operating model to ensureevergreen process for keeping seating information accurate
  • Develop 'Site Leads' framework for our largestR&C locations
