The successful candidate will work with our Public Sector consulting sales team to understand the unique business goals of our clients and develop solutions using our SaaS solutions to address them. Exercises creativity, independent judgment, and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to design complex business solutions utilizing Oracle SaaS products and technology to meet customer needs. As a thought leader and customer advisor, influences customer executive management and partner senior management in acceptance of Oracle solutions and services to facilitate the closing of consulting engagements., Provide leadership, guidance, and management of all delivery content based components of major SaaS consulting application services opportunities Develop collateral for use in educating clients about Cloud (SaaS) opportunities to address their business goals, priorities, and challenges. Interact with C-level client management to influence their strategic direction and decision-making. Advise and influence customer C-level management and partner senior management on Cloud (SaaS) direction by providing industry, business process, and product expertise Provide oversight of major consulting services deal proposal managers, response architects, and delivery content providers as the deal solution is scoped, designed, estimated, and sold to the client. Help ensure a successful transition to the delivery team for all winning proposals/RFP responses. Collaborate with Product Sales teams to leverage the power of Oracle s Cloud offerings to define solutions to our client s needs. Build and maintain a network and up-to-date specific industry or product knowledge. Establish Oracle as a trusted advisor and strategic partner in key accounts. 10 years of experience relevant to this position, including 5 years of consulting experience. Prior team lead or manager experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience. Broad product, technology or industry expertise. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of competitive and partner products, technology and solutions. Proficient in using selling and negotiation techniques and tools. Ability to travel as needed., Experience implementing complex SaaS solutions in Public Sector. A thorough background in enterprise ERP or HCM implementation Consulting. Project/product experience should include expertise in most of the applications included in the respective product family. Strong client communication and presentation skills are required. The ability to communicate complex solutions effectively with client leadership and other stakeholders is critically important. Strong facilitation skills, working with client leaders across business and IT, and eliciting their needs. The ability to help form client strategy, understand business goals, priorities, and challenges, and develop SaaS solutions to meet them. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (outgoing and personable) C-Level Customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills 7 years experience in HCM (some mix of HCM, Benefits, and Payroll) (Cloud HCM, EBS and/or PeopleSoft) applications consulting either externally with a large Tier-One SI / Consulting firm or ERP Vendor. or 7 years experience in ERP (some mix of Financials, Procurement and Projects/Grants) (Cloud ERP, EBS and/or PeopleSoft) applications consulting either externally with a large Tier One SI / Consulting firm or ERP Vendor. Bachelor s degree preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business. 10 years of experience relevant to this position including 7 years of consulting experience. Prior Solution Architect, team lead, or project manager experience. Broad ERP/HCM product, technology and Public Sector industry expertise. Up to 100% travel required for this position.
