Indiana Sports Corp is committed to providing an internship experience that will acquaint students/recent graduates with the working environment of the sports industry, while providing them with hands-on experiences in sporting event management and promotion. Complete the Internship Application and Notice of Consumer Reports. Please contact Melinda Bowles at or with any questions on the Indiana Sports Corp internship program. Communications/Public Relations Assist with communications efforts for Indiana Sports Corp and its events by performing such duties as writing press releases, conducting follow-up with media, contributing to social media presence, web site and e-mail blasts. Additional responsibilities include assisting with grass-roots marketing efforts, media operations for Indiana Sports Corp events, and writing and editing Indiana Sports Corp publications and event materials. Requirements Graduate Any student who has recently graduated from an accredited college or university or any student who is currently enrolled in or accepted to an accredited graduate school. Undergraduate Any undergraduate student who is currently enrolled or accepted to an accredited college or university. Internship Dates
  • Spring Internship: January - May
  • Summer Internship: May - August
  • Fall Internship: September - December Actual start/end dates vary according to our event schedule and will be agreed upon during the hiring process. Please indicate your availability on your internship application. Application Deadlines

  • Fall: April 1 Internship Application Process All applicants must complete the online internship (see application link above), submit resume, submit unofficial school transcripts and submit signed notice regarding consumer report (see link above) in order to be considered for an internship with ISC. The resume, unofficial college transcripts and signed notice regarding consumer report can be uploaded directly to the online application. Applicants will receive a confirmation email after all required documents are received. Selected applicants will be contacted and interviewed by department directors. Interviews will take place at Indiana Sports Corp in Indianapolis.
