Lead change management efforts associated with core organizational changes, inclusive of defining strategy for execution, stakeholder engagement, and adoption measurement. Able to facilitate whiteboarding sessions with project stakeholders and synthesize outputs. Document change impacts and define mitigation approach, leveraging various communication channels. Develop, integrate and execute on change activities plan, inclusive of stakeholder engagement, communications and training development and delivery. Accountable for providing direction to leaders and team members to drive follow-through of change management recommendations. Drive design decisions to obtain stakeholder and leadership buy-in resolve issues timely. Process improvement experience preferred to help Analyze end-to-end processes, make recommendations for process improvements and implement process changes. Lead high impact process improvement efforts (preferred focus on digitization, agile project management methods, and design-thinking approach to process design)
