Job Description Our company is in the middle of a multi-year program to grow the Customer Experience Insights technology organization through e-commerce technology and product delivery. The Master Data Governance Change Manager is a critical member of the program team and will partner with senior leadership, scrum teams, and business leads to enable this work. The position is located in downtown Chicago and reports into the change management lead for IT. Specifically Conduct stakeholder interviews and create stakeholder buy-in plans with the team manage those plans to completion Complete change impact assessments coordinating with multiple departments involved in the end-to-end processes Develop change intervention plans to address those impacts and facilitate the rollout manage those plans to completion Identify additional change challenges and create strategic plans to address them Drive communication efforts and provide day-to-day management of change action plans Drive training efforts Create training plan, provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs. Additional responsibilities may include Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Create other deliverables as needed (e.g., resistance management plan, sponsor roadmap, and so on) Support build out of generic change management materials and templates for future use Skills Ability to lead meetings independently and build cross-functional relationships Executive presence and experience engaging with senior leaders Ability to generate results through influence versus direct reporting Excellent written and verbal communication.
