RESPONSIBILITIES Kforce has a client seeking a Change Management position in Tampa, Florida (FL). Responsibilities Build and manage a network of change agents There are 26 unique groups we are leveraging to drive this change across the organization The ideal candidate will have experience building the team and directing their efforts Work with clients in a Shared Services Center under direction of the Global Learning Solutions team to conduct performance analysis, develop organizational change management activities and execute according to plan for an enterprise-wide learning management system upgrade Key activities include communications and engagement plans, stakeholder management, issues and risk mitigation through adoption of new learning ecosystem, partner service engagement, marketing and change agent network management in close partnership with the Training Workstream Lead Additional tasks and smaller associated projects may be assigned as part of overall team support This position is onsite at a next-generation, high tech workspace in Tampa, FL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's level of education required Certifications and Master's a plus 5+ years of experience in a leadership role of a full OCM campaign for a global system Must have LMS or experience with large global enterprise systems SumTotal experience would be plus Requires ability to manage and support multiple work stream deliverables and interface well with various levels of management and project team members Candidate should have a solid understanding of people change management principles, learning management systems (SumTotal preferred) business use, performance analysis, work stream management and project management Preferred Qualifications Experience leading Organizational Change Management workstreams for system deployments Solid workshop facilitation skills, including experience conducting virtually and in person Ability to use needs assessment frameworks to help determine the best type of intervention for the internal customer Experience in analyzing and preparing data for decision-making Understanding of adult learning principles Ability to create compelling communications and marketing programs Ability to organize events Ability to manage a dynamic cross-functional change agent network at all levels of the organization Excellent organization skills Ability to work well in teams and collaborate Ability to interface cross-functionally in a dynamic, matrixed environment Experience working within the biotechnology andor pharmaceutical industry (preferred but not required) Kforce is an Equal OpportunityAffirmative Action Employer.
