Change Management Practitioner Pittsburgh PA Contract There may be some travel (not much) however there could be a trip or two internationally. Change Management Practitioner Identity Management and Data Privacy Job Responsibilities The Change Management Practitioner (CMP) will add value to the Identify Management (IDM) and Data Privacy Projects by increasing employee adoption and usage of the new identify management solution and compliance with data privacy requirements. The CMP will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, as well as any job roles redesign ifas applicable. manages and executes the end to end change management process, facilitating the changes required for the Business and Resource Units (BURUs) to transition to the IDM and Data Privacy Solutions, and help drive the changes throughout the organization. serves as an advocate and champion for effective change. understands the project objectives and drives the communication of those objectives throughout the organization, through nominated delegates. understands the change(s) and the impact of the change(s) to all stakeholders and helps BURUs leadership to communicate this throughout the organization. approach fosters a change capable culture and focuses on targeted change. as a member of the Project Teams, works closely with the other members of Project Team to help them identify business changes, and communicate those changes throughout the BURUs, to ensure the workforce is prepared. regarding the project methodology, is the track lead and manages all activities within the Change Management workstream. This includes the preparation of deliverables and reporting. executes change activities and engages other change resourcesnetworks when appropriate. Major Activities Participate in Detailed Design and work with the Business Process Owners Representatives and Project Team to identify the future state. Assess the change impact (Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders) Prepare the Change Management Plan. The components of the plan include Documented strategy Change Model (Change Network and sponsorship model) Risk mitigation, resistance management and special tactics Leadership Action Plan Communication and Engagement Plan for all stakeholders Training strategy, Needs Analysis and Training Plan Identify, secure, prepare and establish a change network through which to facilitate the change and close any gaps. Execution of the change management actions Support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans Assist the Project Team in recognizing gaps between the new business solution and the organization in place, support it, and communicate those gaps to BURU Management. Work with other members of the project team to identify and address training requirements Design, development, delivery and management of communications, presentations, job aids, training packages and the like, ensuring these are ready and translated on a timely basis. Work with the Project Team and sponsors to deliver demonstrations and messaging to location managementleadership, ifas required Work with the project team to conduct Pilot training, and the change network to coordinate and deliver end-user training. Participate in testing build knowledgemessaging to support user experience, Ensure the timely completion of all deliverables as identified in the Change Management workstream. KnowledgeSkills Basic or Minimum Qualifications A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process, with significant practical experience Leadership the ability to mobilize people to do their adaptive work Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal developing and delivering a communications strategy and plan with supporting key messages to appropriate audiences Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal Excellent active listening skills Flexible and adaptable able to work in ambiguous situations With multiple languages and available to work outside North-American hours to capture four regions varying time-zones. Strong collaboration, facilitation, problem solving and customer focus skills Experience with large-scale complex technology driven change efforts in a complex global environment Training ability to conduct a needs assessment, develop a training strategy and supporting plans and deliver train the trainer or training as necessary, in support of the strategy Ability to handle several competing priorities Experienced in the delivery of integrated Project and Change Management Other desirable qualifications Previous experience with Data Privacy andor Identity Management will be well regarded Change management certification Lead end to end Change Management, Create and deliver Training Packages, Exceptional Communication skills
