Responsibilities Identify implications of change for different impacted audiences to develop change strategies for targeted and effective interventions. Articulate the need for change to ensure stakeholder readiness. Understand various responses to change to effectively manage multiple stakeholders at different stages during the change. Ownership of Change Management deliverables Develop and support the communication management for each project within the Program Own and manage the Communication Plan, including delivery of consistent messaging and ongoing communications to engage the business and encourage adoption of change Asses impact of change Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation in relation to change management Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities, support testing of role profiles embed into organization Integrate change management activities into project plan Evaluate and ensure user readiness Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Principal Tasks Develop and execute the project Communications plan Obtain agreement on the ProgramProjects Communication plan and timeline from the impacted business Write andor edit communications from Program and Project teams. Assist in the development of presentations to IS customers and business stakeholders. Coordinate the creation of Project and Program Steering decks Solicit Stakeholder feedback on ProgramProject communications Work closely with the Business ReadinessChange Management team within a project Top AccountabilitiesSkills 3+ years Change Management experience Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills Ability to lead and motivate teams Highly developed influencer and negotiator Ability to convey complex technical concepts in user-friendly language Good commercial acumen Qualification Certification in Change Management a plus We are currently looking for local consultants with a start date of 'As Soon as Possible'
