Design and deliver the approach for mapping SAP business roles to end users. Identify and implement appropriate database tools for capturing and assigning roles to users. Coordinate with training and security teams to meet their role-based needs (e.g., Segregation of Duties). Also, coordinate with the training administrator to enable the development of the site-specific training plan. Develop role mapping communication guides to educate the change network for proper assignment. Ensure the impact of the business change for the business is fully analyzed, understood and documented. Develop specific change action plans and supporting engagement activities to increase understanding and knowledge within the business. Work closely with the BTE core team members, ensuring information is shared,and all preparation activities are actively planned. Ensure communications and training efforts are appropriately planned and delivered, including management of a Change Network and engagement up to and after go-live. Relevant Work Experience Must have worked as a Business Change Manager or Change Lead on at least one full lifecycle of a recent (within the last 2 years) ERP implementation. Four to five years total minimum experience. Experience of implementing a templated solution, where significant business transformation is required. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable challenging the business in a non-confrontational manner. Excellent team player, used to working in matrix organizations and with global counterparts. Comfortable working in a dynamic and constantly changing environment. Strong planning, budgeting and management skills. Working knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (Prosci, Kotter, etc).
