This contract role as a Change Management Analyst in Richardson, TX will support the OCM Leads and collaborate with various support resources (e.g. training, communications, business analysts, IT, etc.) to deliver tightly integrated and effective change management plans to support the achievement of the program s objectives and realize business results. This role is responsible for evolving activities to support the rollout of a new Application Portfolio Management tool which is migrating from an existing tool. You must be able to attend an in-person interview at our client's site (they will not hire off a phone screen or Skype interview). Responsibilities Creates and documents business policies, procedures, presentations, and additional documentation for financial processes. Confirm as is and to be states in order to identify changes Assess audience-specific impacts to process, systems, knowledge, capabilities, behaviors, and culture Assess the magnitude of change for all impacted business areas recommends inputs to the Communication Plan, and End User Training Plan Develops and executes a series of readiness deliverables (targeted communications, checklists, plans, focus groups, meeting contributions) to understand the effectiveness of the change work and how it is facilitating adoption of new processes and tools Develops and distributes targeted stakeholder communications help identify all audiences and define key messages and objectives by audiences outside of the program Work with business to develop training materials and content. Coordinate logistical needs for training delivery Supports the end to end needs of training development and training delivery Performs special projects as assigned or requested. Create work plan by defining key milestones, deliverables, and dependencies Track progress of activities and ensure all deliverables are completed and delivered on time Provide weekly status updates on accomplishments, planned activities, risks, issues, and milestones Requirements Bachelors degree Ability to handle multiple projects with shifting deadlines simultaneously Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills Ability to write and edit an array of communications materials for internal stakeholder audiences Strong organizational skills, self-motivation and analytical skills strong relationship building and interpersonal skills Experience working on cross-functional program teams, communicating project status and identifying, mitigating and resolving risks and issues Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Prosci or other OCM Certification (Preferred) Project management tools such as MS Project and or Visio (e.g. project schedules, process mapping, swim lanes) (Preferred) Bachelor's degree in Learning, Communications, Organization Behavior, Organization Development or similar field (Preferred) Audit processes knowledge a plus (Preferred) Benefits Solving IT is pleased to offer a rich benefit plan to our W2 employees.
