The Payments, Virtual Solutions, and Innovation (PVSI) team includes Operations, Consumer Credit Card, Retail Services, Consumer Deposits, the Innovation Group, Treasury Management, Merchant Services and Wells Fargo Virtual Channels and the professional services teams that partner with these businesses. PVSI Control The PVSI Control team is specifically responsible for the management of non-financial risk within PVSI, including operational risk, compliance risk, model risk, reputation risk and strategic risk. Role Description This leader will work closely with the Head of Data and Technology Enablement Strategy and will contribute to designing and executing the target state Data Strategy and Technology Enablement capabilities within the PVSI Controls business. This candidate will be responsible for consulting with PVSI Control executives and partners on matters supporting PVSI Data Strategy, Technology Enablement and operational risk and control performance improvement activities, including the definition and transformation of PVSI business controls, data management and risk management strategies, value propositions, priorities and key initiatives. Responsibilities will also include working with a small matrixed team of risk professionals and work cross functionally with multiple support partners. This leader will help drive data strategy transformation and technology enablement improvement efforts across the PVSI Control organization designed to effectively manage risk in a sustainable manner, execute controls over the strategic planning process, and influence the allocation of funding.
