The Business Strategy Manager's primary roles are to develop and facilitate strategy development and strategic planning, and to identify, evaluate, and implement strategic initiatives. This person will drive the strategic planning process and manage or own key strategic initiatives. This position reports to the Director of Business Strategy but will work with stakeholders across AMB Sports & Entertainment. Roles and Responsibilities Lead the strategy development and strategic planning processes for AMBSE and its business units Own the development, communication, and implementation of the AMBSE strategy Conduct research and work with relevant stakeholders to identify and then evaluate opportunities to drive profit growth, improve processes, and elevate the fan experience Gather data and present appropriate analysis to support key business functions. This person will be expected to provide concise, proactive, and timely analysis and insights to drive business decisions. Analyze data from disparate sources, using various quantitative and qualitative methods, to inform executive level decision-making Qualifications and Education Requirements Bachelor's Degree required 2+ years of experience at top tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or in corporate strategy role at large company Experience developing strategy for a large business SQL experience and high proficiency in Excel required Highly capable problem solver, able to work on complex problems requiring strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative ability Experience working with financial statements and budgeting Ability to understand all key business functions, including sales and marketing, operations, procurement, finance, human resources, etc. Able to grasp and communicate complex ideas clearly Strong presentation development skills to articulate findings
