The Client Leader is responsible for the day to day sales efforts associated with growing our outsourcing services called CAST. This role cultivates relationships that lead to tangible sales results and interfaces with all areas of the Client Service Team as it relates to business development and practice management. Other key tasks: •Directs business development responsibility •Generates leads with Big Four and regional Audit Partners, Senior Audit Managers, CFO's, Controllers and others •Expands new sales opportunities within current clients •Prepares presentations and proposals •Maintains sales activity in CRM •Projects manage client relationships for sold business •Closes business, especially at strategically targeted accounts •Represents CLA at networking events and in public forums * CPA (preferred) •Minimum 10 years of work experience, including Big Four Audit Manager or other public accounting as well as industry experience •Demonstrates exceptional client service •Demonstrates pristine ability to solve problems effectively and efficiently •Driven to succeed and genuinely interested in making a difference for our clients, while growing CAST revenue •Skill to maximize networking opportunities •Ability to recognize opportunities, problem solve and close business •Self-reliance, including time and business management •Works collaboratively to come to best solutions and decisions CliftonLarsonAllen is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by law.
