Process Improvement Analyst
Minimum of 8 years related experience
Strong experience executing business side process improvement projects in at least two functional areas including; Finance, HR, Operations and Vendor Management.
Accustomed to define and create project plans for project, portfolio, and product prioritization and implementation
Experience with managing relevant business stakeholders through a change program
Experience leading future state visioning sessions with senior stakeholder involvement
Experience working and supporting complex program with multiple sub-projects within
Exceptional follow-up skills and task management
Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Objectivity, flexibility, and problem solving; ability to think outside the box
Willingness to take initiative
Writing skills to support development of project and business specifications and technical documentation
Ability to clearly articulate messages and influence others towards a common vision or goal
Excellent written and oral communication skills with demonstrated ability to facilitate a team-based approach to complete projects with tact and diplomacy, while interacting with staff at all levels
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of DocuSign, Microsoft Visio, Access, and SharePoint a plus
Strong Visio and documentation skills
