RD&Q is where you'll turn great ideas into brilliant brands. Purpose of Role Responsible for leading resource planning and portfolio management for RDQ Biscuit NA. Leadership of Canada Biscuit RDQ. Responsible for NA Biscuit RDQ Strategy and Budget. Leadership of NA Channels and Food Service. Main Responsibilities 30% time: Leads RDQ activities for Canadian BU by collaboration with Product, Packaging and Process Platform leads, Research, CS/ CIS and external partners (when relevant) to translate consumer insights into develop/deploy opportunities. Serve as RDQ lead for Canadian cross functional business team. 30% time: Responsible for leading resource planning, NA RDQ strategy, budget and portfolio managment. Drives towards the most efficient and effective deployment of RDQ Biscuit resources in full alignment with BUs. Leads the SP and AC processes for Biscuit RDQ NA functions, via dedicated tools such CMT and processes such as RAMP. Oversees the development and management of team budget. 30% time: Responsible for leading all biscuit NA channels and Food Service new product development and maintenance. 10% time: Active contributor to RDQ Biscuit 10% LT Manage and coach direct reports; develop talent KPIs / Dimensions

  • RDQ Biscuit NA AC19 has 78 FTE and a $xx MM operating budget. Position will have 4 direct reports (2 SG12/11s, 2 xSG10) - total team of 8.

  • Min.15 years of experience in FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Mondelez's planning and budgetting process.
  • Deep understanding of complex global and regional relationships with multiple stakeholders,
  • Deep experience working cross-functionally in Food Industry with RDQ educational background
  • Significant experience managing a team of direct reports and getting work done through others.
