Duties Responsible for working closely with the business partners, the marketing and advisory teams. Participate in and help drive the annual business planning process and provide operational support designed to help manage the LOB. Development, execution, and measurement of a comprehensive, integrated marketing plan that is aligned to and supports the MC business objectives, including awareness, digital and sales enablement activities and programs. Responsibilities Develop and execute a high-end, integrated client-centric marketing plan MC priority programs this role will focus on helping build our Customer Growth and Technology Enablement practices. Knowledge and experience within these consulting disciplines is preferred. Create strategic campaigns and large-scale marketing initiatives that build KPMG s brand Campaigns are designed to be executed within MC and distributed to the field Programs may include cross-functional tactics like client events, digital and social campaigns, website optimization, advertising, marketing automation, industry analyst support, key industry insights, thought leadership, alumni programs, branding, digital, alliances, sports marketing connections, content, and service support material Apply a keen understanding of industry trends and account-based issues to implement a demonstrable growth strategy for MC LOBs Support the communication strategy and processes to create awareness in the markets we serve Regularly identify and create collaboration opportunities for and with key client buyers Skills Minimum ten years of senior marketing management experience (Technology experience a plus) Implement creativity and strategic thinking Strong collaboration skills and adept at working through a matrix environment Professional service experience, strong executive presence and program management skills Extensive experience developing and executing integrated marketing, awareness, sales and relationship development plans Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Required Skills Marketing Communications Content Management Public RelationsMarketing Media Planning Web Content Management Additional Skills Marketing Campaign Marketing Management Thought Leadership Business Planning Marketing Plan Program Management Project Management
