  • Own and drive HealthRules implementation technical workstream solutioning activities and deliverables
  • Lead and mentor team comprised of Integration Analysts and Integration Developers on complex implementations of HealthRules
  • Assist in capturing client requirements and with integration and reporting development as needed
  • Analyse customer data and provide expertise to understand the client needs for Health Rules Payer implementations, covering integrations, migrations and reporting
  • Providing multiple solutions for a given technical problem along with recommendation of the better technology solution
  • Strong technical decision making capabilities
  • Manage time effectively, communicate status accurately to scrum masters and project managers.
  • Competent planning and estimation skills
  • At least 5 E2E HealthRules implementation experience in a technical stewardship role
  • Effectively communicate verbally and/or in writing, manage stakeholders and customer perceptions and expectations.
  • Maintain a cohesive spirit to accomplish team responsibilities
  • Accurately report status of assignment and escalates issues and risks in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate learnability (ability to learn new things quickly with minimal assistance)
  • Continuously keep abreast of latest technologies and trends in core administrative space
