Role Description Adding New Clients (on a Target basis) Coordination with Applicants, Employees, Executives and Clients via Phone, Email and other communication tools Weekly Status reports for Management Campaign Creation and Launch on Mailerlite Applicant Preparation for Interviews Timesheet Verification and Submissions Weekly account analysis Preparing Job Descriptions Preparing submission lists for clients Other administrative tasks such as Shortlisting, Resume Benchmarking, Coordination with Hiring Managers Must Have Office tools like Excel, Word, Powerpoint expertize Excellent written and spoken English communication skill Google Drive, DocuSign, Time entry system knowledge Excellent coordination skills Must have experience with Conference tools such as Zoom or Webex Must have worked on calendars Office Management skills People skills - Listening Skills, Documentation Skills Must be willing and open to work on unrelated tasks as may be needed by Management Must be a team player Qualification A Bachelors degree preferred or an Associate Degree with Valid experience 2+Years of Sales and Account Management Experience in Staffing Industry particularly in Technology Staffing 3+ Years professional experience as Admin Manager Compensation Hours Initially 20Hrs per week 25 per hour for 3-6 months.
