Staff Tech is currently seeking an Organizational Change Mangement Consultant to provide expert-level skills, knowledge and abilities in the aforementioned activities, with an eye toward quality to implement a modern grant delivery system that accomplishes the required customer and organizational needs. This project is being conducted using an Agile approach for the solution design, development, integration, testing and implementation. Work requested in this contract shall be performed using the most appropriate industry standards and proven best Organizational Change Management practices. The Consultant will work with multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams. Required Qualifications A minimum of five (5) years broad, extensive and increasingly responsible PM project experience applying project management principals, methods, techniques, and tools. At least three (3) years of experience must have been in a lead capacity. A Bachelor's Degree and a valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). A minimum of five (5) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) experience performing Organizational Change Management services. A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience providing structured Organizational Change Management methodology and leading change management activities. A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience conducting stakeholder change impact analysis, change readiness assessments, evaluating results and presenting findings. A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience developing Organizational Change Management Plans including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plan, training plan and resistance management plans. A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience executing the change management plans including supporting the project teams in the execution of change management plans. A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience creating and managing measurement systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of individual and group changes. A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience in identifying resistance and performance gaps and working to develop and implement corrective action plans. A minimum of five (5) years of FTE experience working with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
