Staff Tech is currently seeking a Business Process Improvement Consultant to support their client. Initial work will focus on identifying and prioritizing existing data sets for enhanced data management. Responsibilities Establish and manage a project plan and schedule to monitor and control key project milestones and activities. Use a Project Management Institute (PMI) compliant plan and schedule style Facilitate, schedule, and coordinate conceptual design and application design exploration sessions to identifying and prioritizing existing data sets for enhanced data management. Document high-level business and technical requirements of data sets identified for enhanced data management Develop high level roadmap for enhanced data management of existing data sets and integration of these data with the existing technology infrastructure Initiate a business process improvement (BPI) effort to standardize the related business processes involved in this project effort. Work with staff to document the "as-is" distributed business processes and the target "to-be" integrated business process using the client's Business Process Improvement methodology. Document alternative solutionsapproaches to modernize the existing process. Specifically call out and document any work already underway or existing systems that may be leveraged to meet the needs of this effort. Provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, training and knowledge transfer to coworkers. Required Qualifications Mandatory Qualifications Minimum of three (3) years' healthcare system experience, Medicaid program Minimum of three (3) years' supporting a Project Management Office Minimum of three (3) years' experience analyzing highly complex business, information, and technical problems and deriving an integrated business solution. Minimum of one (1) year experience reflecting special knowledge of the CMS requirements for quality improvement strategies to all state Medicaid programs including experience with health care data analytics, analytics dashboard development, big data, and data management Minimum of one (1) year experience performing Business Process modeling
